    Touchscreen and built-in Microsoft CoPilot are great features. The fact that it has no backlit keyboard, and the built-in camera is incompatible with Facial Sign-in is “bizarre”. The screen quality is average at best. Purchased during a sale, if not, I probably would’ve returned it in a day or two.

    Overall, a good unit. However, the volume is way too low and the scrollbar feature it too thin in my preferred browser. It makes video streaming difficult and it's really easy to lose "hold" of the scroll bar. Everything else is fine.
