I believe I was mislead in my purchase of this laptop. After describing the uses for which I was purchasing this product, I was assured by the sales associate, that this would suffice for all my needs. I was assured that the processor was such that the speed would be acceptable. None of this was true. I am very disappointed.

I bought a 85" Samsung tv. Never got the gift card

The picture quality and the sound quality is really bad. After I bought it I went to Best Buy and saw it displayed next to some other laptops and it was like night and day. I took it back after a week and got a Lenovo for $100 more. Best move I've made in awhile.

It work worked like brand new but keyboard didn't light up

I ordered a new laptop online and when I received it there were not enough USB/HDMI ports for my 2 additional monitors. I called to attempt an exchange and was bounced around to "premium" customer service, which sent me back to tech support....4 times. WhenI finally was able to speak to someone I was told it was 16 days since I ordered and could no longer make an exchange!

Laptop is ok, however, is not working when use 2 displays, backcover is plastic, which is not good for heat, system is slow.

easy enough to set up but the system is slow. I spend way more watching the clock spinning. Also, the battery does not last very long. My 2-year-old laptop battery last longer.

Computer glitches and mouse pad gets stuck. Difficult navigating while working.

I don’t like to leave reviews but I Ordered a Laptop twice and both orders were wrong. Never got the one they have on display. Once I returned the first one I Gave them the SKU number and they ordered the wrong one again. First time buying here and very disappointed with the experience.

Quality not that good slow but if you have a kid or just using for small office use it might work for you

Purchased this computer for my adult daughter’s birthday. This unit’s audio was not functioning properly and had to be replaced.

Went into a boot loop where it read Windows did not boot correctly. Wiped it 5 times and reloaded a fresh copy of Windows, each time it went into the same boot loop. Of course by the time I got around to contacting BestBuy, it said the item is no longer returnable.

The machine broke down within two weeks. I was never that impressed with it to start with. It ended up costing me time and money to return it.

Its slow very slow . The processor is way old . Other than being slow it great

I will be returning the laptop, it keeps freezing. Two big dots usually appears from no where and everything will freeze and stop working!

It stopped working after about 20 days, would not come on at all.

or zero. I can't use it. Does not stay connected to the internet. I've changed networks and locations and it wont stay connected. I can't get anything done on it. Garbage.

I was promised that I would receive this produce by May 21, 2025 and after May 22, 2025 they had no idea of when it would even be shipped so I cancelled the order.
