it was difficult to set up and I still have not figured it out. I hate it.

I was told by sales person had keyboard light, it does not. Was going to return it 2 weeks ago, but im pressed for time. Very unhappy

It does what it needs to do. I primarily use it for school and emails. If you're planning on using this computer for gaming or streaming, wouldn't recommend it due to resolution not being good. It looks very faded and pixelated. I actually had to play with the image resolution settings and it helped with the pixelation, but the screen in certain angles looks very faded. Besides screen issues, the laptop works well; it's fast.

My laptop is perfect for the work I need to use it for. I have both Microsoft Word and Google that I use. I love the touchscreen feature as well.

I am very happy and satisfied with this laptop. It exactly whatcI needed and it was on sale for a great price.

Great value for what it provides... definitely not for gaming or any high end features like adobe pro or photoshop. However it is a great at home overall laptop.

I went to buy this in the store at West Little Rock Arkansas. The salesman said that it wouldn’t do anything that I wanted to do, like use Microsoft Office because it was in “S mode”. He said that is why Best Buy sells them so cheap. But this model they have that cost 3 times more would do what I needed. We told him that didn’t make sense because it actually comes with Microsoft Office. Actually, Windows 11 truly is set to something called “S mode”, but it is very, very, very easy to switch out of it. And, BTW everything worked fine without performing that task. I installed Microsoft Office and every single one of my applications without making any changes. It works great.

Dear Best Buy, I am requesting a full refund for the recent Geek Squad service visit. The technician who arrived was completely unprepared — he brought no tools, had no information about repair costs, and told me it would take “about a month” just to diagnose or fix the problem. That is unacceptable. I paid for competent, professional service, and what I received was a vague visit with no action or value. I ask that you please issue a refund immediately in order to avoid any further escalation. Thank you, A.L.

the battery goes dead very quick, i’m starting to think they sold me a refurbished laptop
