We were looking to get a laptop for our daughter and wanted a nice laptop with good reviews and this one fit the bill. The store staff backed up the purchase also recommending it to us and even warned us to avoid a competitors laptop that was currently have reliability issues.

I purchased this laptop for my teenagers for Xmas. Not the highest quality, but it serves the purpose for their needs!

The price is good for this laptop. The only drawback I have with this one is the slow internet connection. Other than that the touch screen and speed is ok.

I am very happy with my purchase 6 months in. I use it for writing lectures, research, facebook, and other basic activities. It's not great for games, but the cost is modest. It's great for what I paid.

Not a bad personal laptop for the price. Wish best buy would have credited the difference. Bought the laptop then it went on sale a week later for 59 bucks cheaper. Bestnuy would not credit the difference.

I bought this laptop because I needed a new one. It has everything I need: CD/DVD drive, touch screen, big screen, etc. the only down side is the speakers could be louder , but overall it's a great buy.

This computer gets the job done. One complaint is quality of the camera it lags when doing recordings. Other than that it is a very good computer.

When we entered your store I didn't have a clue as to what to purchase for my granddaughter. We were there to purchase a laptop for her college studies.Your sales associate came right over,asked what we needed then showed us what he recommended for her and it was perfect.

Over all service was good but not enough workers all were busy with other customers so we had to wait a bit too longer for it to be considered GREAT service??? But when we got assistance it was helpful!

Works well for daughter and her school work. It was low cost and it does everything she needs. I have always had good luck with hp. We bought the protection agreement just in case something happens.

Excellent touch-screen laptop, especially for the price ($299.00). After initial setup, I decided to immediately restore WIndows 10 without the packaged bloatware and to use MS Essentials instead of McAffee.

Great purchase for the money. Having a hard time using all the functions because I'm used to having apps on a tablet. Not sure if I like it as much but it's great if you prefer a laptop to tablet.

The computer does all of the things that I need; steaming videos, browsing the net, office needs. For the price, features are above average. Surprised that it includes a touchscreen in this range.

We bought this computer and have been very happy with it. Just not happy that we bought out of town and the sales person did not put our virus protection that was to be free in the bag. Did not realize this until after we were back home over an hour away from store.

We needed a go-to laptop for multimedia presentation. This one does that very well. The touch-screen is more helpful that I originally thought it would be. There are times where just a tap on the screen with your finger is the quickest route to what you want done.

This computer met all of the requirements that we needed, especially screen size. Hp has an excellent reputation and when compared to other like computers, the features, quality and price made the Hp the only smart choice. We are very happy with our new computer.

I had a Dell for 2 yrs and crapped out on me ... hp has always done me good ... this is my second one and happy wit them... first one lasted me almost 10 yrs so I'm hoping this one does too...

I normally use one of my MacBook Pros but needed a cheap Windows compatible computer for some work related things. This works well for what I needed.

Does the job for what it is. Daily valued when on sale. Nothing special for a budget laptop and certainly decent for a child, college student, or older person. Not powerful enough for hardcore gamers but again it meets expectations if those expectations are fair

I was impressed with the 1TB hard drive and the 6GB of Ram and the price that I never read the reviews. I was going to use the laptop for entertainment purposes for my music, pictures and videos but unfortunately it froze up so much I couldn't do anything. I ended up buying the HD Envy 2 in 1.
