This laptop was an upgrade from my old laptop and it has been great so far. Starts and loads fast and I love the touch screen. It has really met my expectations for the price. I would definitely recommend this product.

Purchased the laptop on sale which made it an even better value. The laptop is fast, both working with Office applications and the wifi. Charges quickly. 1TB harddrive would have been great, but 512GB is sufficient.

I love my computer being that it’s touchscreen. I bought an Hp because all my electronics devices are Hp. Hp is a very well known product. I would highly recommend this Hp computer to everyone.

I think it’s a great size..large keys and easy for kids to use. It’s also more sturdy than the similar Lenovo ones. I rate this 4.5 stars for kids to use probably 10 and under.

It was a gift and my grandchild is enjoying it. She needed a new one for college. I haven't heard any complaints for she is constantly on it playing games or doing her college work.

This computer saved my life! My old computer broke off. So I had to get one quickly enough for a programming class and this new computer works just well! I like it!

Brought the laptop for business purposes. Fulfills all the duties that I need with multiple windows open with speed. Couldn’t be happier for the price I got it at and the performance it gives.

After two months, I am still happy with this laptop. Pictures/videos look good on the screen. touchscreen is convenient. Left and Right click options of Mouse seem a bit glitchy sometimes. If I don't click in extreme left corner, there isn't a response.

This was a great-priced item before Christmas, and I bought it for my disabled son. The only problem we've found is NO infrared (IR) camera for facial recognition. Yes, it has a camera but NOT IR, so Windows Hello does not work and limits the sign-in options.

I just use it for simple tasks. I like the keyboard and screen display. It works well and responds rapidly.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas and she uses it every day for her schooling, never had an issue with it
