This laptop is a very good value. I like the features a lot and the price was just right.

After removing S mode the computer has been great for my son who is in middle school and does his homework on it. Would highly recommend.

Good value! The left and right click buttons gets stuck often. The touch pad makes copy and paste function very difficult. Get a wireless mouse problem solved. The microphone isn't crystal clear when recording however audio and video streaming is good.

I like all things about it except display resolution.if this laptop has 1920*1080 resolution then all good.becuase of display resolution clear not shown in details I got confused but I will buy non touch screen laptop from HP brand at best buy .

Needs black printed keys or back light keys. Very slow when antivirus is installed. Deleted the bloat software but still slow.

HP is my go to laptop. It was on sale and decided to purchase as a backup to my current laptop just in case.

Great Laptop, battery life could be better but thats just how laptops are and display could also be better.

I like the computer. It was a very good value. The only negative is that the keyboard does not light up. Theis computer does not offfer the lit keyboard. I was not able to know that when ordering

Pleased with purchase and access but did not want to add Juno because too many fake accounts appear.

I still don't love the idea that they removed the ethernet connection and CD/Blue ray Drives from notebooks, but the rest of the features are great.
