    I have always been happy with HP products. The computer took a minute to set up due to the updates. Microsoft makes it difficulty to set up your own browser though, because they want you to use Edge

    Service was fast, and ordering was easy. However, the laptop's keys did not always work, so I had to return it. Returning it was easy. They sent me a pre-paid label, and I packed it up and took it to FedEx. I am going to Best Buy and order another laptop. I think they are a great company to do business with.

    I always buy HP because of their reliability and the company actually had an assembly warehouse in Rockaway NJ in the 70s. I got this on the Blk Friday special and it was needed greatly! Thanks Best Buy!

    Computer was purchased on 1.22.25. The price was good. The functionality was great up to 2.8.25. For an undetermined reason, the computer would not start up after many attempts.
