    In today’s computing needs, 8gb RAM is not enough. I had to purchase an additional 8gb to stop bottlenecking. Otherwise the rest of the features are nice for the product. Updating the BIOS helps efficiency early on.

    I have a similar item that I used for school previously. This laptop was also purchased for use in school. I love the full keyboard and touchscreen options. The challenge I have is the placement of the touchpad, it moves my curser in the midst of rapidly typing and also alters my hand placement for the keyboard. It can make my right wrist sore due to malignment with the keyboard.

    Great computer, I purchased this for general word processing, accessing online accounting and managing my pictures. I love the touchscreen and the price point. I don’t need extra frills for gaming or processing speeds. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced laptop for colleague or just to have at the house this is the one for you.

    I really love my HP laptop. Small problem: keys lose legibility... they fade and I tried aftermarket stickers and they slide off. Would have been nice to have backlit keyboard, too. HOWEVER, it performs beyond my dreams. Excellent, extremely fast, connects fast. Nice.
