Bought this to work from home, and I've had no issues whatsoever. It is light weight and has a slim profile. The keyboard and mouse pad are large. The resolution could be a bit better but a very minor issue since I have it connected to a larger monitor.

I replaced my old (+8yr old) and wasn't so sure I'd like the touch screen but am enjoying everything about the new laptop. I brought my computer to work for a project and the IT techs complemented my purchase and one talked about purchasing the same model.

Very easy to use! Ideal for small business/freelance entrepreneurs needing a great workhorse laptop. My only con is that I wish it had more usb slots. There is only 2 but it is still a great deal for all the features and benefits this laptop offers.

Love my new Hewlett Packard laptop. This is my second HP. This is a great tablet at a reasonable price. Would recommend this as well as shopping at Best Buy. It is my go to store for electronics and technology!

So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. It's a lot faster than my old computer. I hate that I had to buy this laptop because Geek Squad returned my old laptop to me and refused to get it working again, but I'm glad I have a working computer again.

This laptop was easy to set up in my home office, and was ready to perform after the Geek Squad had transferred everything from my previous computer. This is the first time I have worked with Windows 10, and so far, so good. I have had no trouble finding answers to questions I had with Display, Screen Saver, and other topics. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this for my wife and have heard no complaints about its performance or use so in my opinion this must be a great little machine! She is using it for general use and does not use it for gaming or any other highly intensive use.

This laptop is faster than my previous one yet there was really no learning curve since it same version of Windows. My programs work the same, just faster. I am also enjoying the touch screen.

Works great and can keep up well with my everyday life and work life. Video quality is good, and shut down is fast. Battery life is good to, but obviously a lot of video use will run it down faster, but it charges fast too! Would recommend

We purchased this for business use and it has been easy to use. The only issue so far is that it does not seem to hold a charge for very long but we usually just keep it plugged in most of the time now so it is not an issue for us.

I have been working with windows 7 for many years and when I started using the note book I was very pleased with the speed, ease of use and the apps which were preloaded. I recommend the note book to anyone looking for a laptop computer.

I bought this for the weight and the larger screen (though I wanted the 17-inch it was out of stock) This has worked great and is a good product for this price. Wish mike were better. Even the least bit off center and you lose audio.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my son. He set it up following the on screen instructions. The laptop is light weight and so far is functioning well. We were able to install our new Epson printer easily by just connecting the USB cable.

I needed to replace an old computer that was dying. This would not be my work horse but I thought it was a good replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at its performance. It’s not for gaming but can work very well for everything else.

We bought the laptop for my middle school aged daughter when the lockdown/social distancing from school was implemented. She said that it is easy to use since it is also has a touch screen feature. It is also fast when booting up.

i5, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD. This is a nice product for the amount you pay. I expect this should last at least 5 years for basic use (e.g. using the internet, reading emails, writing small Word files, doing Skype calls, etc.).

I only use it for my school work and browsing but it multitask well and holds a pretty good charge. I don't care about graphics but it presents well. Overall I am happy with the money I paid for it.

Got this for my grad school program as they don’t support Mac. Good specs, ok screen, flimsy lid, but it was less than 600. I can’t complain - just need to test it gently for the next two years and it should serve me fine.

bought this lap top so my grandkids can do their homework on line. It was easy to set up and easy for them to navigate thru the laptop to do their homework. The touch screen is nice, I don't even have that on my laptop.

The product performed well out of the box. Remaining questions are if the battery charge lasts as long as advertised after some time and if the power chord remains functional (a problem with previous HP laptops I have owned),
