This laptop has more power and features than I realistically need, but with the price I paid for "Open Box - Excellent" condition, it's a huge value. Having a touch screen was not a must have for me, but I decided to go for it. It's had moments of advantage and moments of inconvenience (like turning my screen around to collaborate with a colleague and accidentally hitting X to close the program). But the speed and power are awesome, and it's thin and light enough to comfortably carry back and forth to work. Depending on screen brightness and activity level (and charging foresight), I'll frequently make it through the workday without needing a charge. Learning Windows 10 was a *slight* learning curve, as I hung on to Windows 7 for as long as I possibly could, but easier than I thought it'd be. Can't speak to longevity and durability yet, but a month of daily use has me very pleased.

I needed a laptop to use regularly without fearing to use it verrry carefully. This is it. Not very pricy, good brand, lots of space, good screen size, screen touch, inte core i5, fast enough. hope I wil be able to use it for couple of years without upgrading

great laptop with touch screen. never knew I needed a touch screen! super convienent to go back & forth between touch screen & mouse pad. easy to set up. fast. starts up quickly. lightweight. Just, touch pad can be sensitive....cause issues when typing.

The specifications of this laptop are great for the price I paid. Normally I would expect that a laptop with an intel i5 (10th gen), 12 GB RAM, and 256 SSD would cost at least $100 more than what I paid for it. The laptop works perfectly.

I love this computer its so easy to use! You can also play sims 4 on this. I don't like how it doesn't come with free word like the mac though. Also the can can get pretty annoying. Other than that its awesome! Good purchase definitely!

My new computer works very well for me. It is fast and easy to operate. The service performed in transferring data and files from my older computer was done in a speedy and thorough fashion, with all explained to me very satisfactorily.

So I had a laptop I got around 4 years ago which was slow but I didn't mind cause I didn't use it anymore... So now with the coronavirus and schools closed had to work from home God I was about to smash the heck out of my old laptop... Then I ordered this one... To my bad luck the one I got was a bad one... After I installed everything I left it in my desk but then I noticed that it was like if somebody was touching the screen... Like if there was a ghost... It drive me nuts... Had to send it back and keep working on my old one... Bad side I had to pay $30 for shipping and now $10 to return... Anyways I ordered a new one I got it in 2 days and it works great... Fast enough for what I do... AX Systems, lots of excel, teams and email... Oh and Google classroom as well... So was a good purchase...

Nice, light, sleek mid-range laptop. Purchased as a gift for my high school teacher daughter. It serves her needs for a light computer. She was not expecting and very excited about the touch screen. Very happy with the purchase.

This laptop has a great camera for video calls, is quite fast and the touch screen is very responsive. The fan can get a little loud sometimes if many applications are running, but other than that, it was worth the money!

I have been searching for a quick laptop decent price and this one tops it out. This laptop has quick startups and opens up windows and applications really quickly with with the Core i5 processor. I love this laptop!!!

Being used as a travel and backup to my work laptop. Been great with my basic programs and work files. Speed and storage has not been a problem since it is a new purchase. Weigh half the weight of my main laptop.

It has wide screen and pretty fast speed. Especially it’s very lightweight compared to the size. One thing screen is not foldable, nor no light on the keyboard. But it has very good functionality.

Setup was easy and quick. Boot time is quick. The display however, is lacking in quality for me personally. The performance is medium but very sufficient for most applications. I can monitor 8 IP cameras with their client software. Good battery life, and lot of features. I shut off Windows S mode and have had no problems.

I bought this laptop just in time for the horrors of 2020. From March to May, I was forced to work from home due to the pandemic. Because of this laptop, the transition to working from home provided a better working condition than the office. This laptop is faster than my office desktop which also uses an SSD and is only 6 months older. I use Autocad and Photoshop regularly which is not an issue at all. Again, was easier and more responsive than the Dell back at the office. Conducting conference meetings through Teams is a breeze. Now, when I need to work from home during nights and weekends, I don't dread the experience due to the performance of this laptop.

Great computer! I love that you have the option to use it as a touch screen or not. It seems to be very fast and has bright, vivid color. I'm still trying to figure out all of the fun features.

The keyboard is comfortable to use. The computer is light to handle. Working is a pleasure. The computer is fast and moves from one screen to another. Videos are clear and easy to play.

I needed to upgrade my 7 year old laptop after it started having problems with it's wifi adapter. I didn't realize how slow it was until I started using this one. It was super easy to setup. Printers used to drive me crazy, but this computer did all of the work for me and I print wirelessly all the time. The steady state hard drive was an upgrade well worth it. I was a little concerned at first when I heard the fan quite loudly upon startup, but once the computer is fully booted, the fan is inaudible (if it's even running). I'm really enjoying the speed and ease of using this laptop. If you're on the fence, feel free to jump over it...it's worth it.

This laptop was purchased for our son to work on his business, music, and some gaming! He absolutely loves it due to the speed, memory capacity, touchscreen function, and reliability.

I gave up my other hp to my son and needed something light and fast. this laptop does what I need it to do. I don't use it for anything other than paying bills and shopping.
