This laptop has helped me get through hours upon hours of online classes for the past 2 going on 3 semesters. It is the perfect size for me, and has all the qualities I was looking for!

I like my HP Laptop, I like the long hinge , my last HP laptop had 3 hinges and it broke and cracked my computer screen, didn't had it long. I suggest the Long hinged better support !

HP has created a solid computer that has enough ease of use for causal users and enough power to accomplish bigs goals as a main work computer. Reliable and sleek looking. Performance has been great so far!

Great computer for home schooling. COVID change the future of education for now, and this laptop has made it possible for my child to finish the remaining year. Works great and was so easy to setup.

I like the fact that the width is a bit shorter than my previous 15.6". i-5 processor adequate for my uses. Only drawback was having to remove S-Mode in order to download apps other than from Microsoft Store.

I have personally purchased 3 of these laptops. They are a great budget laptop and I would highly recommend. The only downside is they are all plastic but what you get for the cost, I personally do not care.

I was expecting more from this computer design looks nice but the machine is kind slow and graphics looks like windows XP also mousepad got stuck few times

Bought for my son for his new career. He was using a Chromebook and an older Windows PC for a long time and this is significantly better (faster, etc.). Very happy with the quality for the price point.

The Geek Squad set it completely up for my husbands surprise gift! All he had to do was turn it on. They set his new email account on the new computer and he had emails the first time he opened it up.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop to basically offload personal files from my work computer. This laptop has lots of space and is really fast. The screen is crystal clear and very responsive.

I bought this laptop for my brother during the pandemic. This laptop came in the clutch because other places took months to ship while Best Buy only 3-4 days.

Nice computer. Like that it has a number pad on the keyboard. It boots up quickly. It is thin and light. It does not have a CD/DVD drive. I bought a separate one. Worked great with this computer.

Fan keeps running. Worked through several sessions with HP tech support but now have to take to a local authorized dealer. Performance has been great though, just too noisy with the fan always running.

I have owned 7 HP computers and bought this one because the operating system of the old one is no longer supported. I am still learning all the things the new one can give. So far, very satisfied

it was time to upgrade & I am happy with this laptop. I am not a big of touch screen, and this unit can be used with or without it. good speed plenty of memory. battery last longer than expected.

Great computer. It is bigger than we expected but that’s on us. However, performance is wonderful and runs smoothly. Maybe better screen resolution would make it better.

Purchased this laptop to allow my husband to work from home some with his company, we did not anticipate the COVID-19 to happen but glad we already had his laptop as it made his transition easy.

Bought this laptop for the wife as hers was out dated. She loves the look and weight and the ease of operation. As we don't do work on them she's still very pleased with how well it works for her.
