We bought this for the little one when schooling became home-based. It's fast, light, and includes touch-based input. She can grow into trackpad and mouse navigation, but there's an immediacy to touch. Zoom, Clever, Canvas, and other educational apps from the school district just work! Learning without frustration. NOTE: If you set up a Microsoft account for a child, you get metrics and control over app/website usage. This is good. You will need to use your own account whenever the school links to YouTube (which resists all usage by under-14 users). This is annoying (but not the fault of the laptop or YouTube).

This touch screen laptop is perfect for me, with the help of my daughter it took me a while to get use to it but now i'm good. It is very easy to use once i learn.

Needed to buy an extra laptop when regular school turned to homeschool. Happy with the speed and the touch screen. Will be a college laptop and gaming on the side.

This laptop is extremely light weight, VERY fast, stays cool and has more than enough memory for my needs! Love it! The solid state drive is worth the upgrade.

My wife's computer finally died, so it was time for a new one. While not a powerhouse computer, it does what is required in a consistent manner. We have had more than a Few HP computers in the past and given their performance we expect reasonable dependability out of this unit. She does not do gaming, animation, cad.... so for her to just surf the net, send emails, take care of some business with quick books, it's a perfectly fine choice at a reasonable price.

Great laptop for my study applications. When powered on it loads windows in seconds. Love the touch screen ability. Battery life is shorter then claimed.

Found this at Best Buy and couldn’t beat it. Quick and stays quiet. I haven’t had 1 issue with it yet. Touchscreen work perfectly.

This is a very lightweight laptop compared to my previous purchases. My first touchscreen as well. I love the ease with which I can use all features.

I looked a long time to find a replacement for my wifes old laptop with Windows 7 on it. Was told by the Geek squad they could set up a new laptop similar to the old one and they were right. Associate suggested the one we purchased and he was right it is a great one for both of us. Is the right size for easy moving about and is quick for us. We are very happy with this purchase.

I have always had an HP . May last one is about 10 years old with windows 7. When it was not able to update . I decided to get a new laptop this one was recommended to me. I was disappointed that it did not have a DVD , Cd drive but I got a external one and it works fine . I do a lot of photos .I am still learning windows 10 and so far so good. Great for movies a lot better then my old laptop . Nice and light. Great little laptop

Have been pleased so far with this laptop. Really like the touch screen. Do not like that the Fan seems to run a lot and fairly loud.
