Very easy to set up ~ just a bit noisy every now and then.

I looked for a laptop for very minimal use and settled on this one. its ok, the keyboard feels very cheap and it seems its off centered from other laptops that I've used making typing a little difficult to use at first. the touch screen works well but the programs are a little "off brand" to me making downloading some programs necessary. its good, not great. but then again it didn't cost and arm and a leg either.

The Best Buy Sales Representative provided excellent input on several models, and, also, gave pro's and con's on all laptops we looked at. We purchased the HP unit and had set up an appt to transfer all my info from my old laptop to the new one. The Geek Squad did a tremendous job, and provided a detailed explanation of the unit, plus, Q & A. The laptop is perfect and a tremendous improvement over my old laptop. Great Job, Well Done.

bought open box excellent certified and there was small blemishes all over the outer bezel and a small divot below the touchpad. other than that it came in pretty good shape, (i might be a little picky as most people probably wouldn't notice the blemishes on the bezel) but he little divot kind of makes me wish i would of bought new. runs fine other than its super loud and the fan goes into overdrive with just one chrome tab

I'm a senior-citizen and have owned a PC for at least 22 years, soon after they first came out. And this HP is the best one so far. The 15.6 Touch Screen has an excellent picture. The Intel i5 is an amazing and fast processor. And 12GB of Memory, wow!! This baby is loaded and didn't break my bank account. What a deal. I am so happy with my HP pc and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Happy camper.

I'll be honest. It has been along time sense I had to purchase a laptop. My last one lasted 12 years. A friend suggested to purchase this one. I have not had this for that long so, I don't know all the programs on it. I like how the keys are spaced, it's easy to use, the touch screen is nice to have, and the price was reasonable considering all that comes with it. I'm very pleased that I purchased this.
