I have been happy with my purchase. I needed a budget computer for online classes and this has been great. It boots up fast, and works well. The reason it is cheaper is it has more plastic on it than metal for the keyboard and case. I am pretty easy on stuff, so I wasn't worried about it. The touchscreen has been a nice bonus. Overall would recommend for a fast little budget buy.

I bought this lap top for my son. It has proved to be a great tool for him. We like the touch screen as it makes navigating and completing tasks even quicker. The speed is excellent due to the high RAM at 12 GB. There's more than enough hard drive for almost anything. It is such a nice lap top that we bought a second one to give to my mother-in-law. Overall, great decision!

We have loved this laptop. The touchscreen makes navigating extremely easy. The salesman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell us stuff we did not need. That was very much appreciated.

Our old laptop was 5+ years old and finally died. So we needed to get a new one. I wanted to upgrade to the newest model with all the bells and whistles. But my wife talked me into something more affordable and practical and I am very happy she did. We would have paid twice as much for a slightly bigger screen and a newer processor. This was definitely a better decision.

Good price for what it has. Fast and enough space for videos and pictures.

The laptop works very well. The touch screen at 15.6 inches is large enough for my uses and the picture has very good clarity. The major problem is that it comes with a lot of preloaded software. This software called bloat ware or sometimes crap ware is not needed by me and is very hard to get rid of. The software that I kept has frequent undesirable marketing screens.

This laptop is hitting all of my needs and exceeding some. Very easy to set up, very easy to use. Love the lightweight part of it! As I use Drive or other cloud-based or external services for much of my storage, I dropped down from what my previous laptop was and feel confident in that choice. I love everything about it. Not a tech wizard, but very happy with this choice!

Much faster than my last HP. Slimmer and lighter. Fan is a bit noisy.

I absolutely LOVE ! this laptop is super fast and touch screen. I didn’t notice this till I got it home Which made me love it even more . For the price you pay and how fast it is is definitely worth it.

This is the 5th laptop I've owned and is by far the fastest ever. For long time PCers, "out-of-the box" is lacking. I've installed a lot of free-ware I've come to know and love. Google Chrome, Malwarebytes, Ccleaner, ZoneAlarm, Adblock, etc. This is a personal comfort thing for me. That being said, this laptop screams thru everything I do. Give credit to much faster processor, SSD,more RAM, and I suspect the Optane memory gives an additional boost in performance.
