Very lightweight and easy to carry around. Has all the functions I need for daily surfing the web and for work documents. Easy to use and navigate and has a lot of memory. The touchscreen is a great feature although I forget I have a touch screen sometimes. It's sleek and smooth and I love my laptop.

1st, I had visited my BestBuy the night before, but I waited 24 hours too long to puchase. COVID closed every store to customers! So, I tried to make the decision online. Anyone could probably tell I was trying to quickly buy a computer with touch screen and pen-capable. (I bought an excellent mouse, a “Bambi” Pencil, and a disk drive (as well as an excellent thumb drive. SADLY THIS MODEL WAS NOT THE ONE I LOOKED AT; hence, I ended up with one that does not take a pencil for on-screen annotation of Powerpoints, the reason I was seeking the device. I had not signed up for Zoom-based education, but I was trying to make it better. Hence, after foolishly trying it, I have returned to my MacBook Pro, and I will buy a 12.9% iPad Pro when I can get back into the store. I know Best Buy extended the return, but I have no idea how to return anything during COVID! Let me be clear: I do not blame BestBuy; I blame COVID! I have even made an additional purchase for curb-side. I love BestBuy; I just made a poor choice for what I was trying to do.

Lightweight, fast and easy to use. Hard drive is kind of small at 256GB, but the SSD makes the OS run fast. Bought a mini 256GB USB drive to supplement the storage space. Wasn't sure about Windows 10-S, but im not using the system, the wife is. So far she is loving it. The big difference between Windows 10 and Windows 10-S is that you cant install any 3rd party software that doesn't come from the Windows store. Supposed to make the OS safer. Hope that helps!! Would recommend.

This is a great mid- level laptop. Runs very fast and has plenty of power to run just about any application. The biggest downside is that it does not have a built in RJ45 jack (As long as you always have a wireless connection available this is not an issue. and the keyboard seems a little flimsy.

I was a teacher for a few years and we had Lenovo computers, so I thought I would purchase one of my own. So far it is a great purchase, no issues. The setup was so easy. I think the quality for the price is nice! I would recommend this computer.

Product is quite good if you enjoy surfing the internet, downloading apps and getting your work done if using Microsoft office. Battery seems to run low quickly. Find myself having to keep charging my laptop. Still overall good quality laptop for users that don’t require a lot from a laptop.

I've only had the laptop for a month but find myself continuously gravitating to my old laptop - old habits. The touch screen is AWESOME; if only I can remember I have it. LOL. It's thin, lightweight and QUIET (last PC was so noisy). I'm still trying to figure out all options available.

It's been very easy to access my online school and enjoy the touchscreen to be able to access things without always having to use the touchpad I also enjoy the other features that it offers to be able to do a lot of my school work I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone

This item was purchased for my mother. She’s able to handle her personal and business as fails with ease and no complications. HP definitely has a reputation that supersedes many others and I see it in this product.

Overall a very good computer. Given 4 stars due to issues with windows 10. Very nice touch screen. Battery life is appropriate. Seems solid enough. Have been easily able to load programs for school. Nice upgrade so far. But caveat is that we are under 30 days in.

I bought this for my kid when he had to switch to remote learning. Worked great for their school work. I ended up using it when I switched to working remotely. The only complaint would be that the battery doesn't last as long as I would like.

I needed a computer for bills, picture and music storage, and editing pictures and videos. This works great and offers a lot of storage space while handling multiple tasks at once. Still getting used to the touch screen (never had that before) and it's pretty useful.

Bought 20 of these for work when covid hit. And let me tell you these turned out to be a great laptop especially light weight for the constant on the go. I even got co workers ask me for the information on it so they can buy it for their personal use.

The weight and size are great for being mobile. The SSD makes the startup and processing fast and having 12GB ram helps make up for it being an i5 versus i7. The downside is that it freezes everytime I try to stream in full screen. There seems to be no solution for this.

I replaced an older laptop that was very slow and this is much faster and efficient. I needed one that I could use for a YouTube channel and for editing videos and this should work great. It has a touch screen but it probably will not be used for that very often.

This is a great machine for the price that I paid for it. This was a last-minute purchase decision I made as it was not going to be on sale the next day! I am so glad the salesperson listened to what I wanted and didn't try to up-sell me to something more expensive.

My previous computer was very slow, and I use it for keeping track of and handling investments. I also like to play solitaire, and I get a lot of email. This computer does all of these things well.

This computer meets our needs. Fast, good value and runs multiple screens at once. Mostly data based programs. Not needed for high end graphics or videos. Very pleased with my purchase. Considering getting a second one as an upgrade to another computer

I had my previous HP for 4 years and this one is definitely next level. It's thin and easy to use, has it's own bluetooth and is a big upgrade. Fairly easy to use and figure out and I had a good experience with HP when I had a question about a specific tool.

I love my new HP laptop. I was skeptical about the windows 10 change from windows 7, but now I'm glad I did it. This computer makes things so much easier to find and to use. I love the fact that I can use either the keyboard or touch screen and also both!
