I'm changing this laptop now, after 3 years. A complete killer! Now is an old model (2025) but I would recommend for home office anyway.

Great computer. Clear picture and fast speed. The touch screen is an added bonus. Lots that can be done and many different options to split the screen. Slim so that its not heavy or hard to pack.

This HP laptop offers great performance and a sleek form factor making it a great choice for everyone! This laptop has 8GB and an integrated graphics card, which may not be enough for more demanding tasks, however the laptop has 512GB SSD space which provides a comfortable amount of space that should be good for the average user. The laptop is also good for some light gaming and getting work done as well. This laptop is a great value with pretty good build quality.

I love HP products, especially this HP laptop with touch screen. My old HP computer stop working after 13 years, so I purchase this model. This computer is lighter, brighter and faster than my old model. I love my new HP laptop.

I have had this laptop for more than two years. I mainly use it for school. I have been satisfied with the performance of the laptop. It was also very affordable. Anyone looking to use laptop for school or work should give this one a try.

Use it for college. It performs great, excellent charging, holds charge for a long time, able to handle a high workload.

The laptop is amazing! Works great , bought it because I have a similar one through work. I did have a negative experience with this purchase as they never disclosed in the open box item description that no charger was included . Had that been the case I would of just forked the extra dough for a new one. They made it right by giving me a free universal charger that quit working not too long after purchase. Like I said I have a similar one through work and now both share the charger. As far as the laptop goes everything works. Once I bypassed the "windows s lock down" i could install the free software I got with this purchase.

I really like this laptop. The touch screen is a great feature. The battery life good and the speed works for my minimal surfing, word processing and bill paying needs.

Like this PC because it is light weight and easy to handle. Like the fact that battery is incorporated into the computer. Boots up quickly. Also like touch screen capability.

Excellent and fast hp laptop. Got it on sale, and for the price it is a great deal. Had problems at first with windows 11 but geek squad helped.

This laptop is perfect for my personal needs. It's light weight, fast and easy to operate. The screen is not large but is still easy to read.

If you're looking for something basic to use for finance programs and spreadsheet/document programs, this is a pretty good little model. It's fast enough, has enough memory and the video (although basic) is not too shabby. I especially like the number keypad to the right of the qwerty board. It doesn't overheat on flat surfaces and has about enough battery life to last a couple of days before recharging (with minimal use and sleep mode). The only dig is the keyboard keys. They are not as robust as other units...but you're not buying this for the keyboard either.

Great Laptop. It is fast & it has the 512GB SSD that I wanted. The keyboard works well for me. My only complaint is the HP Support Assistant stated I needed to calibrate the battery. This takes about 10.5 hours. The UEFI instructions are correct, while the instructions from SP Customer Support were not correct. The calibration should be done at the factory,

Great graphics. I like the touch screen as well. It took a while to get used to the orientation of the keyboard (farther left than I’m used to). I can’t download all of the apps I would like, but can use online features just fine. It is a great computer for my personal and school needs.
