Sales associate was cordial and had good product knowledge

Not good. Ssd failed six months in with very little usage. Speakers always had some weird distored feedback of broken sound. Built in mouse pad also crapped out. Got it on sale for $400 and would still not recommend. Still runs though after buying a new ssd drive and installing windows again though a flashdrive so two stars for that I guess. Oh and the battery is also terrible haha stay away!

Loved the price and the efficiency. Also liked that the laptop had a number keypad.

Not the fastest laptop we've had, but it works fine and the price is right for this laptop we only use periodically.

This was a replacement to my previous that wasn't able to be fixed.

The only problem with this laptop is that you cannot upgrade the memory.

Not what I expected. Horrible lag time on videos. I compared it with my iPad which ran the video smoothly with no issues. Unfortunately, HP Ryzen 5 did not.

It's a little early to review product but the help from the staff was fabulous and I think they gave good advice.

Best thing I ever did. Best Buy helped in picking it out, switching things over. They are the very best help.

Tha bad, a can use the free norton because im out of USA
