Functioned for 3 days. Returned and recd a replacement that worked for another 3 days. Either a definate issue with this model or i picked the wrong computers. Do not recommend

not good, after 30 days camera crackle wifi no good

I regret this purchase. It is old fashioned, archaic and awesome if you are 90 years old. I feel embarrassed that I ordered this. I hate it. I read the great reviews and ordered this. Please reconsider.

Item had to be returned. It was broken in several areas. This was the 2nd HP that had to be returned in 2 days. I would never by another HP computer.

Purchased for school and not even one month later had to send it in For repairs. Repairs take 3 weeks on average. Ruined my school grade as I had to redo a lot of work.

Don’t waste yo money if you wanna play games on it moves wayyyy to slow for games and freezes all day

Item stopped working after 2 months. No Hard drive error and was infixable and passed the return date.

It literally crashes running basic processes (chrome, phone link, windows defender, and vpn) ram utilization is 70-80 percent and crashed.

Purchased a laptop and it was defective and had to return it. I was extremely disappointed.

Purchased in late April, died beginning of August. Can't be returned even with Best Buy protection plan.

The laptop was glitchy from day one, and completely died four months later. I do not recommend.

4 months old, already got the blue screen of death. Do not recommend

I hate it. I didn’t even know they made laptops without backlit keys. Screen resolution is strange, I can’t seem to adjust it to proper resolution.

Easy set up. Boots quickly. Large screen makes easy viewing. Great price compared with other stores. Weight makes for comfortable carrying. This laptop fit my needs for internet searches, word processing, and file saving.

It is so fast, screen is big and bright, it is light so easy to carry on the go.

I bought this for $399. I think that is a great deal. The pros of this laptop are the ginormous screen and the build quality is very good. I'm not mad at the speakers, either. The cons are that the unit will NOT charge over usb-C (it comes with it's own power adapter, just like it's 2007!) and adding an external monitor to the mix MUST be done through HDMI. No way to use a usb hub as a docking station with this bad boy. Finally, the keyboard is about 1/4 mile away from the front edge, but that's to be expected with this large of a footprint. I have noticed that for everyday tasks, it seems to handle everything pretty easily. I have noticed some lag on the bluetooth (audio) a few times, but I am not certain if that's a software or a hardware issue at this point.
