Already a fan of HP, this is my first with AMD Ryzen. Love it-functional and beautiful! Particularly like the camera cover.

Not good. Ssd failed six months in with very little usage. Speakers always had some weird distored feedback of broken sound. Built in mouse pad also crapped out. Got it on sale for $400 and would still not recommend. Still runs though after buying a new ssd drive and installing windows again though a flashdrive so two stars for that I guess. Oh and the battery is also terrible haha stay away!

Purchased for my wife who had been using her phone and I-Pad. This is really helping her with her tasks and fun with many more options.

Great basic computer, I bought one for each of my grandkids. Does everything I need it to do with plenty of storage. We love the big 17" screen!

Does the job I need it to do, I wish they stopped taking the cd drive away!

It was easy to place order and delivery. The size was just best for our living room. Installation was fast and easy.

The laptop is working fine, thanks to the Geek Squad taking the time to help me set it up.

The computer stopped recognizing the hard drive the day before i left for vacation. I will be returning it when i get back. It went bad after a little over a week. (Hopefully it will still be within the store warranty time frame) The poor marks below are due to the inability to boot the computer itself, so i cant be certain of their actual capabilty.

I purchase this HP laptop for my son and after setting it up I love the style , speed and function of the laptop . I had to purchase another one for myself.

Laptop met all expectations. However, the warranty that showed up from HP, show an expiration date only 11 months from when I bought it. Something was fishy. Decided to return it.

Fine laptop. I think mine had a weird slowdown issue when plugged into charge the battery at first, but otherwise has worked out well. As far as a strictly work/school laptop goes, its pretty decent.

LARGE WORD DOC TRANFER ARE SLOWER WHEN EDITING FONT SIZE. OVER ALL WORKS EXCELLENT WHEN SETTINGS ARE ADJUSTED AND WINDOWS 11 LEARN USAGE PATTERNS

I use this for Office, general internet browsing and streaming Hulu. For this purpose, it works very well.
