    Very nice laptop for office work. The only drawback was the rigid set up protocol with no way to access the desktop unless you signed in. Setting up for a new employee was more complicated than previous versions.

    Hard drive failed less than 3 months after purchase. Returned to Geek Squad and will see how HP will handle the warranty issue. In addition, there had been continuous issues with the trackpad with the left click sticking regulary. We will see how HP handles the warranty claim. I previously had a good opinion on HP. TBD depending on their next steps. Regardless, high marks for Geek Squad. Their folks are top notch.

    Nice laptop with only one issue Microsoft Office will not recognize my e-mail address. I need to get my e-mail through my webmail subscription instead of the Outlook subscription which I paid for
