Bad purchase, only 2 months and hard disk broke.. i only used two times, the only positive it was that the fabricant return me a credit to buy another one

This computer was defective. Edge would crash 2 seconds after opening it. I had an IT expert look at it and I was told it couldn't be fixed. When I returned it to the store, they informed me that since i purchased it off the Best Buy website, it was through a marketplace affiliate. The store associate noticed the receipt stuck on the end of the box and a different person's name as being the buyer. I will not make this mistake twice.

Horrible laptop! DO NOT BUY! Didn't work since day one. Speaker is bad, lots of crackling sounds. Because it was a gift purchased for Christmas Best Buy would not accept a return since out of the 30 day window. And HP, after multiple calls to support, was not able to resolve the issue either. They wanted me to pay for premium support (why would I do that for a brand new laptop?!) Junk. Very disappointed in Best Buy and HP.

The hard drive crashed after SIX days. Had to return it and get another laptop. Did not get another HP. Geek squad was very nice but a new laptop should not have went bad

I could not (cannot) get any setup help (with facial recognition login) from "support". I called and was never able to get a person. I opened a ticket online, received a case number from HP 3 weeks ago, but have received no contact thereafter.

These are Nice laptops but the mouse in the first one didnt work out of the box. Returning it was easy at Best Buy.
The new ine worked for about a week amd the same issie came up so i just returned it. The touchpad has issues in this design and meeds addrressed.

If you play games like the sims, house flipper, golf with your friends (all games that don't require a whole lot to run) DO NOT GET THIS LAPTOP. I bought this laptop for the sole purpose of home use and to play the games I have that again, do not require a whole lot to run. Laptop continually lags even when I am trying to use GOOGLE of all things. Horrible purchase and a waste of money, should have kept my macbook, even if it didn't run certain games that required windows, it is 1000x better than this.

I would give a 0 if I could. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Unable to return the purchase as the window passed (understood and accepted) but reached out to ask for support due to blanking out of screen, mouse icon disappearing, laptop fails to charge intermittently and sound distorted on Zoom/Teams calls. Informed Best Buy and was informed I could return but remained at store discretion. For having a laptop less than 3 months these issues should not even be present for the price paid. Thought to get a Best Buy membership but this has certainly changed my thoughts.
