I bought this for $399. I think that is a great deal. The pros of this laptop are the ginormous screen and the build quality is very good. I'm not mad at the speakers, either. The cons are that the unit will NOT charge over usb-C (it comes with it's own power adapter, just like it's 2007!) and adding an external monitor to the mix MUST be done through HDMI. No way to use a usb hub as a docking station with this bad boy. Finally, the keyboard is about 1/4 mile away from the front edge, but that's to be expected with this large of a footprint. I have noticed that for everyday tasks, it seems to handle everything pretty easily. I have noticed some lag on the bluetooth (audio) a few times, but I am not certain if that's a software or a hardware issue at this point.

It works great. I can get where I need to go with it a lot easier than my old laptop.

Price was right, display quality 100%, sound more than adequate, a little touchy to set up due to Microsoft's complication of things. Over all very good.

Needed a laptop with the specs this one has for work. It is super fast to power up and have on. It does exactly what I need it to do with the online program I needed it for. (Insurance sales with a bria phone)

Bought this as a backup computer in case my Microsoft Surface with all the bells and whistles fails. I can't be without a computer. This is great. Screen quality is very good. Well made.

after not liking laptops i find this one to be excellent for me for the ease of use and quick response. i still dont like the mouse pad window so i installed a wireless mouse.

This is my first laptop in years. I haven't put it down in 2 days. The bigger screen is great.

Great laptop. Battery life is great. Only complaint wish Microsoft had not gone to a monthly subscription instead of a one time charge.
