    Really good laptop for the money! I just started a small online business and needed a laptop for everyday use and this has been great so far. I use an wireless mouse and keyboard so I can't really review the mouse pad and keyboard. It does just great for under $400

    This is you average run of the mill cheap HP laptop. Nothing fancy. Build quality is good, it doesnt feel flimsy. I bought this because in the Q&A an HP representative answered a question saying yes the ram is upgradable. It is indeed not upgradable. I took off the bottom shell and the ram is soldered on and there's no slot to add an extra stick of ram. There's only 1 nvme slot too. Who gives a laptop 8gb of ram in today's world, that's barely enough to browse the internet.

    I love just about everything! Not a fan of the print on the keyboard rubbing off though. Hadn't even typed much and the keys aren't that solid white anymore.

    I have enjoyed the laptop in a lot of ways, but the battery life is not good at all. I can charge it before a lecture, and the power saving mode comes on before lecture is over. Also, the mousepad started sticking right after I got it out of the package.
