But I am Totally pleased with the look, keyboard and specs which I'm pretty sure will more than meet my home office needs. Very, very happy most of all with the pricing !!!!!!!

Extremely Disappointing Purchase

I have always had success with Best Buy products until I bought this piece of poorly manufactured metal and plastic. My son used it for 2 months before the card drive went out. The guy who helped him said there are all kinds of problems like this with this model. I feel that we should have been offered a replacement, if they refused. I am furious. I bought this for him because HE NEEDED IT TO USE on a REGULAR BASIS! Now, we have no idea how long the repair will take. This is ridiculously inconvenient and a very poor representation from Best Buy.
