    just needed a laptop to hook up to desk top monitor. Use it for everyday stuff like banking. so far its good. No problems, starts quickly.

    I love this laptop. For the price I got it for I was pleasantly surprised at its speed and power. Runs all my work applications and multiple tabs seamlessly. I also play games on it and have had zero problems so far.

    The laptop is great. What isn't great is that I had to go round and round with the store and customer service and who knows who else to try to get a link or code or whatever to get the free 1 year Norton 360 protection on the laptop that was part of the bundle when I bought it. Never did get it.

    Love the new solid state drive! So much faster than my 10 year old mechanical drive! The HP on sale was a great value. Transition from old to new not too bad at all even for an “older” user.

    My old HP broke down after 13 years of service. Love the new one I picked at Best Buy. They moved all my info from the old computer to the new one, Mr. Castro was very helpful to show me how to use the new computer with its new features which I was very grateful .
