Owned this HP laptop for just over 3 months. Since the beginning the computer ran hot, would freeze the screen any time you'd do anything, and the speakers constantly poppped/crackled. I chalked it up to Windows 11 and it's update. Turns out the charging cable it came with was bad and any time the laptop was plugged in it would have those problems but when on battery they'd resolve. So had to buy a new charging cable/power supply. Cut to a few weeks later, and now my laptops touchpad has sunken into the computer and is in constant click mode so it selects everything making it impossible to actually click or use anything. I don't even use my laptop all that much for that to have happened. This has been one of the worst purchases I've made. For these issues to be happening on a new laptop is egregious. How it's gotten such good reviews is beyond me. Cheaply made. Poor craftsmanship. Unreliable. Welcome to 2025 where you overpay for poor merchandise. Look at a different brand if you want a somewhat better experience.

Great value!!! Clear graphics with vivid colors. Very nice!

Only issue is getting screen type larger to be readable without the full screen freezing open. Also battery doesn't stay charged as long as my old laptop's did.

Works well and is nicely priced. Would recommend to anyone seeking an affordably priced laptop.
