Button keyboard placement is all over the place. Num lock, and the horrendous power button. Other wise great screen, great size. Lacking a bit of specs for its price
Stopped working after 60 Day!! Buy something else!

Do NOT purchase this model. It stopped working after only 60 days. After spending 50 minutes on the customer support line, it was determined to be a hardware failure, requiring me to send in a nearly new computer for repair. Now I’m expected to wait for a shipping box, backup my data (they wipe it clean), take it to a FedEx location, then I get to wait for them to find out what is wrong with my new computer and then they will contact me. I strongly recommend finding an alternative—this has been a complete FAILURE on HP’s part. They should be embarrassed to sell such a terrible computer and Best Buy should be embarrassed to such a terrible product!

Contacted best buy and they told me my product was still under manufacturer warrant which was so helpful! (Not). This product was open box and certified new by best buy/geek squad however I have a feeling that isn't true. After nearly 2.5 months of regular usage the screen started flickering black and wouldn't come on and now it has completely stopped coming on. I can hear the computer is on however but no functioning screen. I reached out to HP and it's been a week since I've heard back from them. I use this for my small home business so this is a major problem for me and so far have recieved limited to no help from either best buy or HP. I might avoid this product if I were you!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this laptop. I purchased it with high hopes, expecting reliable performance and quality—especially for the price. Unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating journey.
Audio Issues
From the beginning, I noticed intermittent popping sounds during music playback, especially on YouTube. It’s subtle at times, but persistent enough to ruin the experience. I’ve worked with two HP technicians, followed all troubleshooting steps, and even adjusted system settings—but the issue remains unresolved.
I spent a significant amount of money on this laptop, and I expected better. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want a device that works reliably out of the box—especially for something as basic and important as listening to music.
