Slow and awkward to navigate. Item returned. Word of advice spend more money. You get what you pay for.

**^BUYERS BEWARE ! I purchased this device May 28. Well here it is June 24th and on the 23rd it started running a loud motor like noise . I never dropped it or anything just trade on it and watch tv on it . I am very displeased. It can’t be returned because that ended June14th. I am contacting Hp now under warranty but this is so inconvenient and such an unpleasant experience.

nice features, but playing Netflix and it freezes.

Hard drive failed and I’ve only had this for 3 months with very little use. and the manufacturer warranty does not cover this. To be fair i thought the computer was perfect untill this happened. This has been very frustrating.

Difficult to use. Seems to work ok but difficult to find things like the on and off buttons.

It runs windows. Has a larger SSD. This is a subpar laptop. The USBC port will not run a dock or work with any USB monitor. I give this a DO NOT BUY.

Too heavy, *****HATE***** the "COPILOT" KEY where the 2nd CTRL key should be!!!

The battery doesn’t work unless it’s plugged to the charger it automatically shuts down I bought it three months ago I don’t know it says only a month for return this product I don’t recommend to any one

its a bit slow, the APU isn't doing anyone any favors. the very limited ram probably has something to do with that, but the biggest issue is that it overheats and shuts off randomly. it runs for about 20 min if im lucky and just crashes. im seriously considering taking it back

Too big, can’t find a bag that’s big enough to hold it and power button is placed in a weird area and keyboard is off center

Upon receiving. As looking at Instruction discovered INTRUCTION was for ANOTHER - DIFFERENT MODEL!!! After setting up I am wondering if it WAS A right choice! Upon starting page opens in only LOWER HALF. I have to drag it to FIIL Full SCREEN!!!!!

I bought it as an open box item. It was a gift. I gave it as a gift after the return period ended. It does not work. The hard drive is toast. It literally never worked. $279 gone.

My laptop has static when I am on a Zoom or Teams call. Neither Best Buy or HP could help me. I will be returning the laptop.

Purchased an in less than one month computer started blacking out half of the screen. The keyboards felt cheaply made and for the price paid was not worth it. Had to return.

Terrible product. My 3 month old laptop won't start. It is still under warranty but that will take 2-4 weeks per Best Buy and i need to pay someone $140 to back up the data from the hard drive. Not happy with either Best Buy or HP.

Havent had a chance to set it up. Will likely take it to my usual best buy in chino, calif to have them set it up. No help where i bought it and wonder now if i really needed it.

Junk dont buy Can not remove the battery so rebooting can be a problem. Mine got the black screen of death after 2.5 months

Salesperson advised me AGAINST this model, but what did 'she' know? I bought it and Shi-Loh, knew oh so well. I then purchased a much more useful laptop from her. First laptop was not a 'bad laptop' but it was BAD for MY needs. Best Buy hires great, non-commissioned people, pay attention prospective 'buyers'!

The cpu out of the box would run at 400mhz and dont know why. Also the speakers were crackly and distorted. I assume it was just a factory defect. No big issue.
