This is the perfect laptop for an elderly senior. Nothing really fancy, just everything I needed for a personal computer. I got wonderful help from the geek squad to download my 8 yr old tower and on site help from Toby who is with the Geeks. Best buy made this easy for me!

My former laptop was in need of replacement, and the unit I purchased was a perfect replacement. The HP product with the larger screen and large memory size should last me for many years. The price was an amazing offer also.

I love it. The system runs quickly, the video is excellent. I thought I needed more memory but it handles my habit of having multiple windows open at once smoothly. This is a great computer.

It was honestly an amazing computer for the price runs really fast for what I need it to do for classes and my soon to be insurance jobs it’s a work horse a little bigger that I thought but that was my fault and only took me a day to get used to the size. It’s a really great and amazing computer

This laptop is magnificent! I need the large screen to accommodate the apps I use. The battery lasts for the entire session without needing to recharge.

I think this is a good computer, however, picking it up was somewhat difficult. The employee we had hoped to have help us was not available and the young man who did assist us was not super helpful at first. I was persistent and made it clear that I would not leave until all our questions were answered. Our purchase in 2022 was a disaster and that computer never worked correctly.

Nice laptop, good size screen. The tradeoff is a little more weight. For me as a senior it was worth the tradeoff.

Reliable laptop for school daily tasks. Capacity is good but I would consider it if your planning to use this laptop to play games. Overall is a good choice.

I purchased the HP 17.3 inch laptop for personal use to replace an old unit. I am impressed with the speed of start up. The battery maintains charge well. But I have not used it for an extended amount of time yet. I am happy with my purchase.

Works fine. Still trying to get settings right. Better than the Lenovo Yoga laptop I purchased from Best Buy. That thing NEVER worked/works at the house, ONLY when I take it to Geek Squad in-store does it work seamlessly. Like taking the car to the shop….
