I old HP was getting difficult to navigate so I decided it was time to replace it. Finding this one for such an affordable price was a plus. The minute I took it out of the box I realized it was a major upgrade from my old one, larger screen, clearer monitor, all the visual aspects. The laptop has exceeded my expectations. It feels like a much more expensive item and is fantastic especially for the price!

Great little computer for the money. Got it on sale for almost half off. Large size and very thin. The battery life is a horrible tragedy but I use it at home so thats not an issue for me. 45 minutes of surfing the internet and I'm almost at 50 percent battery life. That aside, great computer.

My new computer is okay, I do like the 17.5 screen. I had old computer send in as trade in was quoted would get $110 for. I haven't seen my credit it has been the first part of June. It was exactly as my new one but window 10. Work great but git something dropped on. How long do I have to wait for the credit? I talked to three people about the trade. I did have my new computer to a computer shop for set up. Going to have to have it take back to computer shop as locked Facebook friends so they can't write me, it got private locked on, have know idea how to get off. I asked about sending back the tech said I could under the thirty days warranty. Was going to send me a box and label never seen. Used original box to send in my old computer to Best Buy in Ankney. Please get with me about my $110 credit for trade in. Not happy with service I good all around, when call kept forward me to someone else. I shouldn't have my new expense at computer shop.

I am very pleased with this product. i like the larger key board buttons and large screen for senior citizen usage. I would recommend this to all my friends and I have.

This was a replacement for the same exact model. Had an “accident” with the previous model and had to replace it. Good to know, besides some internal component changes, that the product generally remains the same. No need to learn a whole new computer.
