    Laptop has everything i need in a computer. The display is nice and big with vibrand colors and comes with everything i need except a mouse but thats ok.

    Purchased thia for.my 85 yr old mother. Screen is big and eaay to.see. thinking i should havw gotten her a touch screen though. All and all easy to use, responsive and easy connections. Great use for the money

    HP is my number one pick for computers. This was a great deal for this product. Fast, clean and everything I was looking for. Sales associate was the best help ever. I totally recommend Best Buy, mainly for selection and help.

    I could have easily rated this laptop FIVE STARS. However, I have been spoiled by working with two previous laptops that included TOUCH SCREENS. Touch Screens make a system so much more convenient to use that I thought it was worth one star. Great laptop, despite not have a touch screen. Also, I did not like the feel of the keyboard. In terms of memory, storage, the AMD processor, it is clearly 5-Star Laptop!!

    It's okay. Windows 11 is terrible. I've spent more time remapping the keyboard to get a right "Ctrl" key, set up folders to show what I need, figure out the awful "Start" menu (and generally do everything else that everyone complains about) than actually using it. It would be nice to have a third USB port, Ethernet port, and option for an ODD, but for what I paid, it's probably going to be useable eventually... I hope it lives longer than the HP I bought in 2021.
