Great replacement for my 16 year old laptop. Great value as well

I purchased this because the salesman said it would do everything I needed it to, but he was wrong. I work on social media and constantly have Canva open with Google Docs, and 7-8 tabs with different social media platforms. The 8GB is not enough to navigate between tabs or edit videos without buffering and freezing. If you are just using it for basics like word docs and basic internet, it will do, but it isn't a real "work" computer. Negatives: No light up keyboard. Slow with multi-tasking. Pros: Large screen. Nice video quality from camera. Will do basic things. I am going to exchange it for one with at least 16GB and a light up keyboard. I didn't think I would miss that, but I do.

I made the order online to pick it up at the store, when I got the store the process was very smooth and the service was excellent

This a replacement for same size and brand. Had to replace due to Windows 11 incompatibility. This model is much faster and has better, brighter screen.

I'm not a tech guy, so I was very concerned about replacing my old computer and transferring data from it to the new computer. I was so pleased about how easy it was and after about an hour, I was ready to go. I can't believe it. It is the best computer I've had, it's fast and does everything I want it to do.
