I ordered a laptop online and a very good price and it arrived on time to my home i’ve bought a number of things from Best Buy so far they’ve been a good quality thank you Best Buy

I like the laptop, although it was hard to 'get the hang of' at first. Since there were no instructions, and I have eye problems, it was hard for me to see the icons on the screen as well as on the keyboard. I had to make 2 return trips to the GS to ask for their help in getting assistance in this area as well as some software issues. I still have problems with keys repeaating at times, and i don't know how to handle it.

Very good computer for everyday use since it's fast and has an excellent HD display.

It's good overall but just wish it had light up keyboard other than that solid

Big screen with Vibrant colors and it is much faster than my previous laptop, I am happy that I upgraded.

I love this Laptop. It loads quickly, user friendly. I have had zero issues since purchase, Screen is big and has great color and quality. The only down side is that it does not come with Microsoft office any longer. So that needed to be purchased separately. But definitely recommend!
