Perfect for internet access and Zoom meetings. Reasonable price and adequate power.

Awesome laptop love my device and the family loves it too

Keyboard is very responsive. Screen huge with ckear display. Built in mouse pad easy to use. Startup easy to understand and complete.

Good and durable , came at the right time and well packaged plus the price us also good and so far its Hp trust me the best brand so far yiu can get .I have been using Hp product since 2012 and they never disappoint with durability

It’s a good laptop, it is very useful and easy to use. I use it to work everyday remotely so I think the battery is not as good since I use it everyday all day. I still think it’s a pretty good laptop.

I replaced a similar computer with this new one because of dependability. It is working just fine . The service at Best Buy from purchasing it to setting it up is top notch which is why I keep coming back.

Machine is great. However, insist on opening the box before leaving because mine came without the power supply cords. And the store would not provide them to me. If I want the cords I have to exchange the machine for another identical machine

I bought this to do summer school work because I am a teacher and the price was pretty good. It does what I need it to do. However, I do travel and it is bigger than my last laptop which takes up more space when I pack. Not bad though.
