I had a difficult start with the computer, but that was because the manufacturer moved the on/0ff switches. Other than that wrinkle, it’s great computer.

I bought this so I can sit in the living room and still have a big enough screen to read emails and do web searches. It's fine for my needs. It's starts quickly but does on occasion bog down when loading a page. For the money, I really have no complaints.

I am getting some minor static at time, and sometimes my comments section on videos/reels on FB are not aligned in sinc, I will have a row of responses to a previous post beside the next one. Also it is very hard to get the computer to come on sometimes after a charge. I would take it back to see if Geek Squad could help, but I have to rely on a neighbor for rides, and hate to bother them to go far.

I love this laptop. I have 2 of them. I bought one 2yrs ago and then got another one for my fiance in 2025. Hp really outdoes themselves with their computers and they are on par with brands that are double the peice!

Excellent price to replace older, similar HP laptop. Easy to set-up and connect to my HP printer. Highly recommend.

This is a really nice laptop. Lots of "bells and whistles" I'm still learning everything.

Large screen,clear graphics,quick startup,but fan sometimes creates noise and not all happy with audio. There is no driver/hardware to create certain sound venues.

My fault for trying to save some money. It is slow sometimes video quality blurry as it buffers. Can't adjust the brightness automatically. Need to go to setting everytime, unless bedtime mode. Some weird reason touchpad randomly stops working. Lots of little things I miss trying to save a few dollars on this one. Will upgrade next time.

Purchasing a new computer for a senior citizen is quiet and interesting journey. I had purchased an HP many years ago and liked it. Since that time, I have owned a few other computers, but will always go to HP.

Bigger than I thought but exactly what I was looking for in a laptop

HP laptop works well. Kudos also to the Geek Squad. I mistakenly tried to charge the laptop with a charger from another laptop. When it didn’t work, I went to Best Buy’s geek squad staff, and they were very courteous while clearing things up.

It’s light weight, and performs like a dream, great.

I bought this laptop for the price, new open box. After setting the computer up, name, password etc., I shut it down. The next time I turned it on, it denied my log in password. After a long round about way I found it had someone else's password last used a month before I bought this USED laptop.

It is an outstanding basic computer for home needs.

I bought this to use with my cricut and it has been a great laptop with fast download speed and plenty of storage
