its a bit slow, the APU isn't doing anyone any favors. the very limited ram probably has something to do with that, but the biggest issue is that it overheats and shuts off randomly. it runs for about 20 min if im lucky and just crashes. im seriously considering taking it back

Too big, can’t find a bag that’s big enough to hold it and power button is placed in a weird area and keyboard is off center

this is the 2nd laptop that I bought both have speaker problems. It is going back to either be fixed or returned.

Upon receiving. As looking at Instruction discovered INTRUCTION was for ANOTHER - DIFFERENT MODEL!!! After setting up I am wondering if it WAS A right choice! Upon starting page opens in only LOWER HALF. I have to drag it to FIIL Full SCREEN!!!!!

I bought it as an open box item. It was a gift. I gave it as a gift after the return period ended. It does not work. The hard drive is toast. It literally never worked. $279 gone.

My laptop has static when I am on a Zoom or Teams call. Neither Best Buy or HP could help me. I will be returning the laptop.

Purchased an in less than one month computer started blacking out half of the screen. The keyboards felt cheaply made and for the price paid was not worth it. Had to return.

Terrible product. My 3 month old laptop won't start. It is still under warranty but that will take 2-4 weeks per Best Buy and i need to pay someone $140 to back up the data from the hard drive. Not happy with either Best Buy or HP.

Havent had a chance to set it up. Will likely take it to my usual best buy in chino, calif to have them set it up. No help where i bought it and wonder now if i really needed it.

Junk dont buy Can not remove the battery so rebooting can be a problem. Mine got the black screen of death after 2.5 months

Salesperson advised me AGAINST this model, but what did 'she' know? I bought it and Shi-Loh, knew oh so well. I then purchased a much more useful laptop from her. First laptop was not a 'bad laptop' but it was BAD for MY needs. Best Buy hires great, non-commissioned people, pay attention prospective 'buyers'!

The cpu out of the box would run at 400mhz and dont know why. Also the speakers were crackly and distorted. I assume it was just a factory defect. No big issue.

Item had to be returned. It was broken in several areas. This was the 2nd HP that had to be returned in 2 days. I would never by another HP computer.

Functioned for 3 days. Returned and recd a replacement that worked for another 3 days. Either a definate issue with this model or i picked the wrong computers. Do not recommend

Problematic in 2 weeks. Identical ghost screens run across main screen. Screens would switch on there own.

Don’t waste yo money if you wanna play games on it moves wayyyy to slow for games and freezes all day

I regret this purchase. It is old fashioned, archaic and awesome if you are 90 years old. I feel embarrassed that I ordered this. I hate it. I read the great reviews and ordered this. Please reconsider.

not good, after 30 days camera crackle wifi no good

Purchased for school and not even one month later had to send it in For repairs. Repairs take 3 weeks on average. Ruined my school grade as I had to redo a lot of work.
