Since there were no instructions, and I have eye problems, it was hard for me to see the icons on the screen as well as on the keyboard. I had to make 2 return trips to the GS to ask for their help in getting assistance in this area as well as some software issues. I still have problems with keys repeaating at times, and i don't know how to handle it.

Great Laptop for the Price!

I have had zero issues since purchase, Screen is big and has great color and quality. The only down side is that it does not come with Microsoft office any longer. So that needed to be purchased separately. But definitely recommend!

No one had anything of this value at that price , terrific job Best Buy. i’m in need of a Nice smart television. You guys have me convinced.
