    The screen is large and the graphics are bright. But the fan constantly goes off. I returned and re-purchased the same model, hoping it was a defective laptop. But no, it appears the model fan continuously goes off. Would not recommend it if you are using the computer in a setting that is quieter.

    I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this laptop. I purchased it with high hopes, expecting reliable performance and quality—especially for the price. Unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating journey. Audio Issues From the beginning, I noticed intermittent popping sounds during music playback, especially on YouTube. It’s subtle at times, but persistent enough to ruin the experience. I’ve worked with two HP technicians, followed all troubleshooting steps, and even adjusted system settings—but the issue remains unresolved. I spent a significant amount of money on this laptop, and I expected better. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want a device that works reliably out of the box—especially for something as basic and important as listening to music.

    Laptop has less wifi range than my 3 year old laptop despite upgrade to maximum range. Best Buy did not upgrade range when I requested help. Works well when sitting directly on wifi. Very disappointed when compared to 3 year old laptop.
