Not good

Speakers always had some weird distored feedback of broken sound. Built in mouse pad also crapped out. Got it on sale for $400 and would still not recommend. Still runs though after buying a new ssd drive and installing windows again though a flashdrive so two stars for that I guess. Oh and the battery is also terrible haha stay away!

Key board

Good for remote work

As basic as you can get!

I got as a quick replacement without lot of research, so I am fine with my decision. - Makes a bit of a background fan noise often - No backlit keyboard - Keyboard structure is a bit unusual, so it takes time to get used to the keys

I like the increased size. Especially the keyboard, is really helpful. My sales rep was very helpful in narrowing down my needs.

Does what I need

It does what I need it to do. However, I do travel and it is bigger than my last laptop which takes up more space when I pack. Not bad though.

Expect much better

Keys are too sensitive Screen enlarges when unexpected Letters on keys difficult to see. Have to tap on hand symbol multiple times for iI expect bettert to respond and it goes back and forth with cursor.Terrible at filling in dots.
