Don’t buy open box items

Fast functionality,computer structure Not sturdy

The keyboards felt cheaply made and for the price paid was not worth it. Had to return.

Cheap product that failed in under 90 days

It is still under warranty but that will take 2-4 weeks per Best Buy and i need to pay someone $140 to back up the data from the hard drive. Not happy with either Best Buy or HP.

Buyer Should Listen Better!

I bought it and Shi-Loh, knew oh so well. I then purchased a much more useful laptop from her. First laptop was not a 'bad laptop' but it was BAD for MY needs. Best Buy hires great, non-commissioned people, pay attention prospective 'buyers'!
