I purchased the new laptop because my existing laptop was old and running slow. I was impressed with the new laptop and the speed it has. The programs are working great.

Once the Geek squad set it up for me I am very happy with this computer. I also commend the people at Best Buy/Geek Squad for their very great service and knowledge.!!!

I bought tis for my son who uses it to compose music and view videos. It meets his every need - he is picky, and was priced vert reasonably. I couldn't have made a better choice

The big screen is great, and it works fine. But when I open and close it, I feel it's a bit frail and easy to break, different from my Lenovo laptop. I really miss the backlit keyboard too.

I have been using this computer for a month now and feel that it was a very good purchase for me. It has everything I want in a computer & I am enjoying it.

This is my first laptop which I hope learn about as I take a computer class to teach me how to use it and what things/programs are available as I learn to use it.

From the day i bought it to now, it has been the greatest first big purchase Ive had! Although i cant run high end software on it like AAA games, it runs most games perfectly!

This is working really well. Geek Squad was amazing help too. I was back up and running much sooner than I was afraid I would be.

I barely have anything downloaded. Like almost absolutely nothing. it gets hot too fast and dies in likeeee an hour. I have only had it for six months but most of the problems began already like three months in. The track pad is stuck. It seems to not fit right so it was always loose and gets stuck underneath sometime sit won’t come back out for days. So I ignored it and got a mouse. I can’t imagine how it would act if I did have something downloaded. Then my beats headphones won’t work on it. It’s weird I have to plug it in with the wire but blue tooth doesn’t work and yeah it works on my other devices. It just must not support it or something whatever. Also the rubber things on the bottoms for it to refrain from sliding on a table or whatever reason their there came off In like two months of me having it. It’s working fine kind of but um not worth the money for sure.

I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to find, purchase and have the Geek Squad set up my new laptop. Everything transferred correctly and they helped me with some software changes.

Has all the essentials and a fast startup time. The 512 SSD is a nice feature
