I bought this for grad school and I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality so far. I’ve only had it for about a month but it does everything I need it to do and for a really low price compared to other laptops. I needed something effective on a budget and this was it!

I love this laptop. It's the perfect size for me. I can accomplish everything I need to. One thing I would change is putting a disc drive on it. Otherwise it's great!

This was a Christmas gift to my spouse. Surprisingly he did all the set-up including anti virus and other apps. He was up and operational within no time. This was a replacement laptop as his previous HP died after many years. He does not do any gaming mostly research, II am hoping to upgrade him to 32GB of Ram by the summer and pass this one on to a grandchild. This is the gift that will keep giving.

We purchase this new HP laptop 17', because my old Apple laptop would not let me download TurboTax software. This HP laptop had speed and saved us money and time. I recommend this product for business purposes.

I've punched the B in the screen & keyboard numerous times, dropped it a couple, and have been able to do all my needed college stuff without any damage. It's durable, It's cheap, if you need to get basic work done on the go, probably buy this one, if you can't get something similar for less.

Was wary about using Windows 11 after being on Windows 10 for years, but it is pretty easy to navigate. Like it so much we bought one for my husband the next day!

The customer service is absolutely beyond the best. My rep was very knowledgeable about the computer I purchased. He was very helpful and had me checked out very quick. I love my new laptop. The 17 inch screen makes it easier to see.

This is a wonderful computer to have. I brought it because I am getting ready to go back to school for Nursing. It was easy to set up. I knew it was a very good computer because my mother brought my daughter on for school as well.
