Best Buy employees were so helpful understanding my concerns for a new Laptop computer. The 17.3 screen is so relaxing on my eyes and HP is always my go to product for best value and reliability.

Have had Lenovos for many years but could not find in my pprice range this time so went with this HP. So far, so good! Love the 17" size, great graphics and does everything I need. If it continues that way, I will be happy to buy HP again.

Perfect size for split screen! No sticky keys or bad parts! Has a number pad and is perfect for someone looking to do lowkey work or even a college student!

This HP is lightweight even with the 17" screen, the bootup is fast, the speakers are more than sufficient; My data is presently tied to dropbox via gmail account but I also linked my mega.nz account to backup the on laptop date, and I'll be moving my nearly full dropbox to mega as well since there is no 'usual' SATA internal hard drive; My previous HP 17 went for a swim and the Geek Squad set me up with a USB-C SSD Enclosure to hold my old 'hard-drive chip' (yes the hard drives are now just a chip) and I was able to move my dead computer's data and still have the chip-drive as another USB external like my WD Passport drives

I bought my new HP laptop because my old laptop, which works just fine, would not accept Windows 11. I wanted to get a jump start on prices before tariffs may greatly increase them and well before there's a possible rush on buying when Microsoft phases out Windows 10 support. The sale price I paid was excellent. The touch screen, an added bonus, is very clear. I was told that Ryzen is an excellent processor. I had never heard of it. Another plus is the dedicated numbers keyboard. One aspect that's maybe a minus is that the computer is plastic, rather than aluminum. But it stays pretty cool even here in SoCal. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic deal and a good laptop that can perform any office task to include retro gaming (pre 2015) just fine. I was able to upgrade the ram easily and cheap which increased the usefulness of this machine. Good battery life.

I bought this computer because my son started home school. It was the best decision. I love this computer and so does my son. Its nice with a big screen would buy again.

Very user friendly. On my old computer searching everything for files but on my new computer everything is there for me. And I love that I bought webroot virus protection that was available.

This laptop was easy to set up and easy to use. Only downside is you will have to take off S mode if you want to download other apps besides Microsoft. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

The price was very reasonable, as all I needed was a laptop to check email, surf the web and stream baseball games. The screen is definitely large enough to watch a game on.

easy to start, looking for items and answers to questions is very easy. watching the news for sports and news all around the world better then tv. it is great finding the right apps to use is easy.

This has been the most fast effective computer I've ever had. When I log on, I feel like I'm gliding through with perfection. The keyboard set up allows me to prevent few keying errors and I love how you can view your favorites while vieing another screen.

I'm quite happy with my new HP Laptop. The full 17.3" screen is so much better than my older laptop. Still getting used to Windows11 but all in all the experience is good! Recommend this one!

I did tons of research before making this purchase, I am so glad that I bought this one.

I do like this laptop. It is much faster than my old laptop. The only thing that I don't like is when you download anything, it will automatically go into the downloads. There is no longer an option to direct where you would like the downloads to go.

Terrific for my small lawn care business it has made my bookkeeping easier.
