Nice upgrade on the same basic machine I have had for about five years

Not a big fan of HP laptops but my client wanted a 17" at a reasonable price. This seemed like the best out there. No complaints. it performs well. Hard to beat if these specs are what you're looking for.

Good basic laptop. Needed for wfh. IT dept. recommended it in order to tie in with their system. If it performs like a similar HP laptop we expect it to last 5 years. Can’t go wrong, with HP.

After about a week of finding my way around this machine I had begun to doubt my purchase but one evening while messing with the new 11 system and operating frills it clicked and I am a happy camper now! Super pleased!!!

It’s not great but job gets done I wish the battery worked better and the mouse pad is not working properly

Can't go wrong with HP products or Best Buy prices!

The big screen is great, and it works fine. But when I open and close it, I feel it's a bit frail and easy to break, different from my Lenovo laptop. I really miss the backlit keyboard too.

This is my first laptop which I hope learn about as I take a computer class to teach me how to use it and what things/programs are available as I learn to use it.

I have been using this computer for a month now and feel that it was a very good purchase for me. It has everything I want in a computer & I am enjoying it.
