The minuses are that the hard drive is only 512GB but it is solid state, and It only has 8GB of memory which is modest. The pluses are that it has an AMD Ryzen 5 processor which is the equivalent or better of the Intel I-5, and it has a screen size of 17.3 inches. I got this laptop on Black Friday for $350. Overall, I feel I got a great deal.

Great product fast for the price and nice screen size

Laptop works great for minor tasks. Email, browsing the internet, ect. Wouldn't suggest if you want it for gaming or editing, The laptop gets hot pretty quick. The discharge fan blows onto the monitor. This hinders cooling by restricting air flow. Its a shame the keyboard doesn't have lights. The print on the keys is very cheap and starting to fade away. For the price and minimal use its a great machine. Not a device for a long term or applications that need some juice.

Absolutely awesome. Love the big screen. the keyboard is very easy to use. Super-fast and the price was really good. Using it with animation software and no lag time at all would purchase again.

This laptop has a lot of great features that you don't see on laptops unless they are over $650.00. It's fast it has a large screen and that has a lot of memory

Nice computer was easy to set up. Very fast. I like the size of the screen. Also like having the number pad like a regular keyboard. Makes it easy for punching in numbers

Love this laptop with its large screen. Has all the power I need for what I use it for. Berry showed me a lot and made some things I used in my old laptop so much easier to use. Great guy to have on the Geek Squad team!

I bought my new HP laptop because my old laptop, which works just fine, would not accept Windows 11. I wanted to get a jump start on prices before tariffs may greatly increase them and well before there's a possible rush on buying when Microsoft phases out Windows 10 support. The sale price I paid was excellent. The touch screen, an added bonus, is very clear. I was told that Ryzen is an excellent processor. I had never heard of it. Another plus is the dedicated numbers keyboard. One aspect that's maybe a minus is that the computer is plastic, rather than aluminum. But it stays pretty cool even here in SoCal. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This laptop worked perfectly for me. I had to replace my old laptop and the Geek Squad reccommended this laptop and it is great, big screen, great resolution, easy to use.

I had been wanting an all in one for a long time and finally the price point was affordable. I LOVE this computer and am delighted I bought it. I use it everyday and the graphics are amazing. Traveling with it is easy as well, a big plus!

While this is a larger laptop- it is wonderful. It is easy to use, the screen size is very nice for looking at photos etc. I hightly recommend this. Very reasonably priced too!

This has been the most fast effective computer I've ever had. When I log on, I feel like I'm gliding through with perfection. The keyboard set up allows me to prevent few keying errors and I love how you can view your favorites while vieing another screen.

Being partial to a large screen I was thrilled to replace my older laptop with an up to date laptop with decent specs. Very happy with this decision. It was easy to set up and is comfortable to use.
