I had to temporarily use this computer and I really liked it compared to my HP Envy x360 laptop. It has a bigger screen and loud and able to have multiple screens open without delay. Only difference in terms of the x360 is the speed. But it works more than fine for business and school.

This laptop has a very big screen, bigger than any laptops I used before. The screen is clear and web loading speed is good. I was able to stream videos and browse the web with ease. For the price I pay, this is a good offer.

I enjoy the size of the laptop. It has a large screen and room for my hands to rest. It also stays stationary when on my lap or an uneven surface. Could have a longer battery life. User friendly, easy to see the screen & the price is right.

This is a great replacement for my 14 year old Acer laptop. I love the 17” screen and that is has a numeric keypad. It takes a little getting used to where the power button is located, but that’s okay. This was a great buy and just what I needed.

Absolutely great product and price. My son uses it for his home school program and it works great! Customer service was phenomenal!

Ill give it a 4 stare today but ask me in a year. My wife is happy it does exactly what she wants it to (light gaming, work, or just replacing her phone.) Im happy. Good price for good tech get this too.

Needed to replace my windows 10 workhorse laptop. This new Windows 11 laptop works great and even looks like my old machine. Now I don't have to worry about the demise of Windows 10.

I really like the lap top it really big and the price was good and I would recommend this lap top to anybody

I have been using the HP for a few days now and it works very good. I added my wireless mouse and It works better for me when on the computer. Saving documents is easy. Surching on line is easy. I added the 365 and it makes life easier. It price was right for me. Im very satisfied with my HP computer.

Really looks as if this was an open-box laptop, when I ordered new. With letters nearly worn off a couple of keys, (Ctl, A, S, C...). Battery drops from 100% to 0% surprisingly quickly while browsing with Firefox and literally nothing else running at all. Laptop operates more slowly than any laptop I've ever owned including a 2010 Lenovo Thinkpad that had a ~1.7GHz Intel core i3 and 2GB of cheap DDR2 (running Windows 7, which I upgraded to Windows 10, and still ran for years better than this runs out of the box). Also came jam packed with every piece of "free" bloatware I meticulously unselected from the list when purchasing because I didn't want it installed or at least didn't want to have to uninstall it all myself. At least the display is okay... nothing special, but no dead pixels or clear signs of use. Attached photo of home keys, this is not what new keys look like out of the box on a new laptop, I have barely used this thing, and I wash my hands frequently and meticulously (I didn't make them look this way, I received it looking like this). The world is all messed up these days and I'm busy dealing with that. I wasn't going to review the laptop at all, just take the loss and move on... but you convinced me with the $400 gift card entry.
