From the day i bought it to now, it has been the greatest first big purchase Ive had! Although i cant run high end software on it like AAA games, it runs most games perfectly!

I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to find, purchase and have the Geek Squad set up my new laptop. Everything transferred correctly and they helped me with some software changes.

I returned it, all was good except for the keyboard. The white lettering on the light grey keys was impossible to see for me. If not for that I would have kept it because it was a nice laptop otherwise

A great purchase for us. We have 7 year old Surface and we felt a new Surface would suit our needs.

This is a good entry/mid level computer foir a student or office work. Dont expect heavy gaming or graphics from it. I am happy with the purchase, perfect for an accountant.

The keyboard is very good quality. The keys are easy to see and I especially like the side numerical keypad.
