Great laptop computer. Very easy to use. So far, no problems. I usually just use in the home. It is very fast and quiet. Big screen is my favorite part.

I wanted something that was easy enough on the budget But not lacking in quality. This one is a keeper! Fast enough for all my simple needs for work and school I am not particularly fond of laptops to be honest. But, I have to admit that having the ability to enlarge my screen displays size was an added plus. Perhaps this is common ,but not to me. Also, I was pleased to find that there is an option for multiple keyboards. My husband is Korean so it's nice that if decides to use the laptop, he can use a Korean keyboard instead of English. If he so chooses.. I'm very happy with this purchase. And when I say that I'm happy.. I'm ecstatic. I truly do not like laptops as I prefer desktops. This one however has proven to be one of my favorite purchases.

I needed a simple, decently capable laptop for uncomplicated use; this works perfectly for that. It's lightweight and thin, so easy to carry around. The screen is the right size (I use reading glasses) and the performance is as good as I would need.

So far this is a great laptop for the price. We use it for our businesses so pretty basic items such as excel and outlook. It's fast, easy to set up and use, and the battery has been great. The only thing that took some getting used to was there are no right/left buttons on the mousepad. They are almost embedded in the mouse pad so different from most computers. But I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I’ve only had it a short time, but the install and setup have been easy and fairly straightforward. Speed has been good for my needs and the screen is pretty decent size and clarity.

Fantastic deal and a good laptop that can perform any office task to include retro gaming (pre 2015) just fine. I was able to upgrade the ram easily and cheap which increased the usefulness of this machine. Good battery life.

I wanted a large screen laptop that was light weight with 8gb memory and a fair price. After some research I choose HP. The machine is good for my small business and hone use. Best Buy offered the best price at my time of purchase. Best buy is a!so one of the places that I use for electronic purchases as their staff is always helpful

This laptop is everything I needed. Larger screen is preferable and beneficial for my purposes. Keyboard has a comfortable, intuitive touch. There are enough USB ports to support all the external devices I need to get through a long day of presentations (I use a wired mouse, connection to big screen and a remote clicker). Sleek and slim, fits neatly into carrying case - and looks good too.

Definitely worth the price. Had it for a month and its running so smooth. This is my first Windows 11 so a tiny learning curve but easy. As a podcaster this one is doing everything I need it to with only 8Gb of ram. I'm using a USB splitter as it only has one port but I haven't had any issues like I did with my previous computer using a splitter. The screen is plenty big and I have vision impairments so thats saying a lot.

Great value for the money. The laptop performed as an HP laptop would be expected, speedy, quiet, and efficient. The screen resolution was great, as was the battery longevity. I don't do too much with my laptop, this was a replacement for one that was several years old. A couple weeks after my purchase, this laptop increased in price $500.

This was larger than I initially wanted, yet I am very happy with it for $330. The Ryzen 5 performs well for everything it's asked to do and so far the 8GB of RAM is adequate; I'm not a gamer. The larger screen is very nice as is the full keyboard. I've had 12 HP computers over the years serving me well and this one follows suit.

This laptop is great. It is easy to navigate , the size is perfect . I like that it isnt heavy. The gentleman who assisted me in choosing was very knowledgeable and patient. This works perfectly for what i needed.

Was a little hesitant as I have only used Intel cpus. This one has performed well for office work. We use outlook, truckstop.com, excel, and needing to have a lot of tabs open on a browser. It works well in doing that. Could of used a little more ram but at this price point its just a little more to upgrade it.

I bought this because of the larger screen, and it meets my expectations. I am thrilled to see the power port is on the right side instead of the left. The keyboard is a little difficult to see in reduced light, which is a feature I would prefer. All in all, it was a satisfying purchase.

I like all the functions. I like the fact that I can see clear since it is a big screen. The pictures are clear and so far so good.

The laptop was easy to set up, including migrating old data and applications. It has excellent processing and internet response speed and, of course, all the features of Window 11. The display is large and comfortable to use.
