Great computer. Replaced my Apple air, and I have been surprisingly happy with the purchase.

What I really like about this computer is the price that I paid for it. It was an open box display and it was in excellent condition. This HP is Windows 11 ready and it is fas.

After 10 years using an older computer, this was my purchase. It is so much faster than my other computer. There is a learning curve with the Microsoft updated excel and work, but I'm getting better every day. The Geek Squad transferred all the stuff from my old computer. Great service.

The LARGE screen is a plus for me. The extra-wide keyboard area allows for the numerical keys to be on the right side like a standard pc keyboard. I love it!

Works as it should. Easy to use. Wish the keyboard was backlit.

I wanted a slightly larger screen and have always had great experiences with HP laptops so I decided to try this one. It has been a great laptop so far and is super fast. It was also on sale on Black Friday, so that was a wonderful bonus.

I’ve had this laptop for about a year now and it was a much needed upgrade from what I used to have. Windows 11 is a huge upgrade still go much to do with it but it was a perfect buy for me and my daily tasks.

This is a great laptop for everyday use. I'm not a gamer but I always have over a dozen different tabs open that I switch between and the laptop has no problem keeping up with what I ask it to do. I am very pleased with it. Thanks.

I love this HP laptop it is so much faster than my old one and brighter, I just get a credit on it as well i saw that it is on the deal of the day so i want to the chat room and we worked it out. they were very good to chat with. This is way I like doing business with Best Buy. I am A Happy Customer.

Needed a larger screen computer and have had great luck with most brands of laptops. EZ to setup, did upgrade it from Windows S to Home and then to Windows 11 pro. No problems with it to date.

So happy with my new laptop. Last one was 11 years old and extremely slow. Now I'm logged in within 30 seconds. So glad I made this purchase.

Laptop exceeds all of my expectations! Large screen.

I bought this for grad school and I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality so far. I’ve only had it for about a month but it does everything I need it to do and for a really low price compared to other laptops. I needed something effective on a budget and this was it!

I bought this laptop for my nephew, and you can't imagine how happy he was!! He need it to do some works for school!! And he said works very well!!

I love this laptop. It's the perfect size for me. I can accomplish everything I need to. One thing I would change is putting a disc drive on it. Otherwise it's great!

I like the 17" screen on this laptop. It' lite weight and slender compared to my 20 year old one. Hope this one last 20 years. I had read other reviews and fine this laptop is great for what I need and want.
