Great inexpensive laptop with large screen. Perfect for my needs. Don't need gaming functionality or any of that.

I am Very Happy with my new HP laptop. Easy to put together. Extra space, 17.3". Enough memory and Security. A Great Find!

The laptop has plenty of storage, allowing me to play storage intensive games like Sims, and is reliably quick and simple for doing online classes for school.

I wanted the larger screen size and the style of keyboard. Works great, and good response time. I'm not a gamer, so this is perfect for my needs. HP has always been a reliable brand.

I'm very pleased with my new laptop, and with the sale price it was an exceptionally good value. The only negative is the keyboard. HP didn't do a very good job of design. The touch is fine as is the size of the keys, but I really don't like the special keys such as the arrows, home, end, insert and delete - the ones you use for editing text. The problem is HP did nothing to differentiate them to the touch so it makes it difficult to know if you are on the right keys without looking at them. When I mean to hit the Control key, for example, I am pressing the left arrow key and the cursor is flying around the screen. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I may get used to it in time, but for now it is annoying and I feel HP could have done better here.

So far a great computer. This Dell has exceded my expectations. I was skeptical about it. Well it plays cod6. While it is perfect for my classes. The AI microsoft has on it has helped me learn so much.

Perfect replacement for a 13 year old HP that has been well used. It has everything we need and set up was flawless. Very happy with this basic laptop.

Runs really smooth I’ve been using it for many projects now. Specially for PowerPoints and slides and graphical slides as well. Love it!!

Great size for a great price. Unfortunately, even with a key code, I can't get my MS package to work or receive any help from MS. Best Buy only offers a Geek Squad visit which will cost more than the computer.

First time going with HP and I really like the larger screen and keyboard. I am a senior, so the smaller keyboard and screen really don't work.

Nice Windows 11 upgrade. Easy setup and data transfer from old laptop by the Geek Squad. Nice picture and features. Just what I needed for home.

Happy with purchase: a little difficult to navigate certain web browsers but overall: operates good.

I love this laptop, but the only thing I should have thought of when I bought it Is it really needs a backlit keyboard. There have been many times I have wished it was backlit. Even at home, I find I have to sit under a reading lap, just to see the keys. Am seriously thinking about returning it and paying the extra money to have the backlit keyboard.

This was bought as a gift. It is a good size and lightweight so it is easy to carry. The start button is hard to see because it is the same color and size as every other button on the keyboard.

Very nice laptop. Runs my kids steam gamea and handles all his homework.

This is a great computer and the price was great too. Plus, Best Buy gave me a rebate for my old computer, which lowered the price even more.
